Summary Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Group Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team in a dynamic digital media agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and brand strategy, combined with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovative campaigns and solutions that resonate with audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the creative vision for all digital campaigns and projects.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure creative deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and platforms to integrate cutting-edge technologies and approaches into campaigns.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, copywriters, art directors, and digital specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting creative concepts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creative discussions and approvals.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
  • Oversee budgets for creative projects and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs while pushing boundaries to innovate and differentiate.
  • Lead creative pitches to win new business opportunities and expand agency capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • At least 10 years of experience in creative direction within an advertising or digital media agency, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
    • A minimum of 5 years in a senior position (Creative Director/Associate Creative Director) with proven leadership skills.
    • Extensive experience in creating social, digital, and influencer campaigns, from developing vision and message platforms to overseeing on-time and on-budget deployment/production.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing successful concept development, execution, and deployment.
  • Skills and Expertise:
    • Highly skilled in leading and managing a team of creative talent.
    • Strong team management experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrates a strong creative vision aligned with business objectives.
    • Prior experience in copywriting, design, or production.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Resilient under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
