Job Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in creative direction within an advertising or digital media agency, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior position (Creative Director/Associate Creative Director) with proven leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in creating social, digital, and influencer campaigns, from developing vision and message platforms to overseeing on-time and on-budget deployment/production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful concept development, execution, and deployment.
