We're looking for talented Head of Finance & Accoounting to join our client international tech company.

Location: Rama 9, Bangkok

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
  • Leadership Role: Build and lead the finance department with regional and local teams.
  • Strategic Impact: Shape frameworks and strategies to manage corporate and operational finance.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with various stakeholders, the management team.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Regulatory Focus: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and third-party standards.
  • Statutory reporting and Tax Governance: Manage periodic audits and tax filing in accordance with statutory timelines.
  • Capital Deployment and Cash Management: Develop strategy on cash deployment and capital investment opportunity.
  • Process Improvement and Transformation: Develop Process Excellence framework and process flow.
  • Internal Controls and Practices: Execute Control framework and accounting
    practice within TFRS & IFRS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with 5 years in managerial level.
  • CPD or CPA Preferred.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Expertise in operational efficiency, cost management, and financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
