Key Responsibilities:

Branding:

  • Lead and implement various marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's overall vision and make the best use of team resources.
  • Create and execute strategic marketing plans, including:
    • Social Media strategies
    • Retail marketing efforts
    • PR and media outreach
    • Influencer and affiliate partnerships
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to:
    • Strengthen the company's position as a leader in Thailand's beauty and wellness market.
    • Establish the brand as a top choice for wellness, self-care, and skincare.

Campaign and Promotional Management:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and other departments to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different markets and channels.
  • Support live-stream campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase sales on targeted platforms.
  • Ensure the brand voice remains consistent across all communication channels, such as:
    • Artwork and creatives
    • External communications
    • In-store experiences (retail spaces, counters, and treatments)

Content and Communications:

  • Manage both internal and external communications, ensuring they reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
  • Lead content creation strategies in partnership with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and celebrities.
  • Oversee local social media channels, keeping up with trends and emerging technologies.
  • Develop engaging stories that:
    • Keep existing audiences engaged
    • Attract new customers to the brand's offerings
    • Enhance customer experiences through storytelling
  • Encourage innovative approaches and challenge traditional ideas to stay ahead in the market.

Administration:

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and the best use of resources.
  • Oversee internal tracking and reporting systems to monitor costs, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Use data analysis (e.g., Tableau dashboards) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in driving engagement and conversions.

Team Leadership:

  • Plan and allocate resources to meet marketing goals and productivity targets.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team through:
    • Clear communication
    • Recruiting, training, and development
    • Regular performance reviews and recognition
    • Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Monitor team performance and hire additional staff as necessary to maintain operational excellence.
  • Encourage team development through:
    • Workshops and training
    • Knowledge-sharing initiatives
    • Team-building activities in collaboration with the General Manager

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the Supervisor that align with the role's responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies in Thailand.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive and creative approach with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to innovate.
