Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Production to lead our film and series production company. This pivotal role involves steering business growth, overseeing production processes, and fostering strategic partnerships to elevate our brand in the competitive entertainment industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Resource Integration and Management:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia, aligning with company strategies to expand our market presence.
- Resource Development: Cultivate relationships with key industry players, including production companies, directors, screenwriters, and artist agencies in Thailand.
- Collaboration Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of projects by liaising with local film production teams.
- Film Project Development:
- Project Oversight: Lead the planning, production, and distribution phases of film projects, ensuring they reflect the company's strategic vision.
- Partner Communication: Engage with local partners to drive project implementation and success.
- Artist Commercial Cooperation:
- Negotiations: Secure collaborations with brands, advertisers, and film companies for endorsements, advertising, and appearances.
- Contract Management: Oversee negotiations, contract signings, and manage ongoing collaborations to maximize artist exposure and commercial value.
- Team Management:
- Leadership: Direct and inspire cross-cultural teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Development: Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in film production, media, business management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years in the film industry, with a comprehensive understanding of production processes or substantial experience in artist management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building robust partnerships.
