Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operations to ensure process and product quality are met with Quality Regulation System, Quality Management System and customer's requirements.
  • Overall quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
  • Planning quality business and drive quality improvement activities to comply with company policy and customer requirements.
  • Quality problem solving of Out-going quality management issued (Cause investigate and preventive measures taken).
  • Handle customer complaint, problem solving analysis, check final products and in process verify.
  • Leading to improve customer complaint to keep target and reduction timely.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or other related field.
  • At least 10 years in Automotive Industry with Quality role (QA /Process Quality/Quality Systems/Supplier Quality).
  • Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a high-performance culture.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.).
