Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive business growth, increase profits, and boost revenue.
  • Manage sales plans for properties, compare them to objectives, and address underperformance as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and freehold pricing to shape effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure teams deliver measurable, results-driven performance.
  • Oversee property occupancy rates within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet ARR targets for existing assets and contribute to new project development.
  • Work with the Strategy Team to create sales plans for additional NLA space, aligning with project positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Lead international partnerships across retail and wholesale portfolios.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and enhance service offerings.
  • Advise tenants on market preferences and store designs to align with project goals.
  • Coordinate with agents and retail teams to optimize office building space.
  • Innovate temporary office models to capture new business opportunities.
