Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and control P&L, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines for costs and expenses.
  • Foster a high level of employee productivity while promoting ongoing professional development.
  • Partner with the HR department to effectively recruit and train new employees.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and financial performance.
  • Lead the employee performance assessment and feedback process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, detailing operational and financial status.
  • Regularly communicate updates and provide insights to upper management.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and competitive threats.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations for all staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or Residence Manager, or as an Assistant Manager with substantial property management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping) is highly preferred.
  • A background as a General Manager will be considered an advantage.
