Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage and control P&L, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines for costs and expenses.
- Foster a high level of employee productivity while promoting ongoing professional development.
- Partner with the HR department to effectively recruit and train new employees.
- Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and financial performance.
- Lead the employee performance assessment and feedback process.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, detailing operational and financial status.
- Regularly communicate updates and provide insights to upper management.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and competitive threats.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations for all staff members.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or Residence Manager, or as an Assistant Manager with substantial property management experience.
- Proven experience in managing multiple departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping) is highly preferred.
- A background as a General Manager will be considered an advantage.
