HR & Administration Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the group's human resources policies and systems, organize overseas business partners to understand and learn the relevant policies, promote the implementation of HR policies in business departments, and provide feedback on the implementation status.
- Select appropriate recruitment channels, design and publish job advertisements, attract and screen outstanding candidates according to the company's recruitment needs and position requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and background checks, ensuring that the recruitment process is fair and legal.
- Understand the recruitment needs of various business departments, provide recruitment advice and support, and ensure talent supply is met.
- Understand the business model, engage in business practices, diagnose and identify issues, and use HR tools and methodologies to promote continuous organizational improvement.
- Gain in-depth understanding of talent needs, explore talent resources, and establish a comprehensive talent management mechanism to provide talent solutions for the sustainable development of the business.
- Ensure compliance and risk management of labor relations within the organization, handle emergencies and unexpected events.
- Actively communicate and engage with management and staff through various forms, understand team morale, build organizational and team culture mechanisms, and assist business leaders in team building.
- Oversee the execution and implementation of the company's administrative tasks during the initial phase.
Qualification:
- Over 2 years of experience in corporate human resources, familiar with key HR functions, with rich practical experience in areas such as performance management, talent development, or employee relations.
- Experience in large-scale internet, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or similar industries, especially supporting sales-oriented teams.
- Proficient in Chinese, with no language barriers in both speaking and writing (HKS-5 or above).
- Familiar with Thai labor laws and related regulations, particularly regarding recruitment, employee contracts, dismissal, and benefits management.
- Proficient in computer operation and skilled in using office software (Microsoft Office)
