Main Responsibilities: Administration, General Affairs (GA), and HR & Recruitment
- Administration & GA: Manage administrative tasks, handle documentation, process payments, and support ad-hoc assignments.
- HR & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment, payroll, overtime, leave management, social security fund (SSF), visa & work permit processes, and group insurance.
Secondary Responsibilities: Accounting
- Liaise with an external accounting firm (most accounting tasks are outsourced).
- Manage invoicing, invoice filing, banking, and bookkeeping.
Interpretation
- Assist with interpretation between Thai and Japanese as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or higher in Accounting, Business Administration or any fields
* Age : 20's - 40's
* 1 - 5 years' experience as Admin or back-office (at new start-up company is a plus)
* Japanese : JLPT N2 - N3 (able to interpret between Thai - Japanese)
