HR & GA Manager

Key Responsibilities



Employee Relations & Engagement


  • Act as the primary contact for employee issues, resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion and positivity within the workplace.

  • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, and recommend actionable improvements.


Performance Management & Development


  • Implement and oversee the company's performance evaluation processes.

  • Provide guidance to managers in supporting employee growth and development.

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training and development programs.

  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.


Compensation & Benefits Administration


  • Supervise payroll processing and manage benefits programs.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Ensure compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.

  • Evaluate and enhance salary and benefits offerings.

  • Manage the visa and work permit processes for international employees.


Compliance & HR Policies


  • Ensure alignment with employment laws and internal HR policies.

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee employee health, safety, and well-being initiatives.


HR Data & Analytics


  • Track and maintain key HR metrics, providing insights to support leadership decisions.

  • Leverage HR systems to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.


Organizational Development & Change Management


  • Support organizational changes and restructuring processes.

  • Lead initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and productivity.

  • Create and manage succession planning and career development frameworks.

  • Design transparent salary structures and career growth paths.


General Affairs Management


  • Supervise office operations including facilities and vendor management.

  • Maintain a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace.

  • Manage procurement, office inventory, and asset tracking.

  • Coordinate company events and support employee wellness programs.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards.

  • Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance morale and collaboration.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.

  • Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to effectively manage diverse responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Good command in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
