HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Our client is a leading distributor in the retail and electronics industry.
Job Description:
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with and support business objectives.
- Analyze departmental needs and recommend HR process improvements to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote employee development through structured training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to plan and conduct performance evaluations in line with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support in addressing performance improvement areas and managing underperformance effectively.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and workflow optimizations.
- Assist teams and employees in adapting to change by providing the necessary tools and resources.
- Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, and grievances with professionalism and fairness.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP in the retail or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading HR projects and driving organizational change.
