HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with and support business objectives.
• Analyze departmental needs and recommend HR process improvements to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
• Develop and execute recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Promote employee development through structured training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers to plan and conduct performance evaluations in line with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support in addressing performance improvement areas and managing underperformance effectively.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and workflow optimizations.
• Assist teams and employees in adapting to change by providing the necessary tools and resources.
• Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, and grievances with professionalism and fairness.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP in the retail or electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading HR projects and driving organizational change.
