JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including life, health, and dental insurance, as well as sick leave and annual leave.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including creating and updating job descriptions, managing staff requisitions, posting job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, employment agreements, confirmations, and utilizing recruitment channels.
- Develop and update induction plans as required.
- Manage employee hostel arrangements, including meal provisions, catering negotiations, and housekeeping agreements.
- Plan and organize training programs based on departmental needs.
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget and forecasting.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards on a monthly, weekly, or as-needed basis.
- Handle all HR administrative matters, including licensing and permit renewals.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Executive role.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A self-starter with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
