Job Summary: HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resources functions that dedicated and detail-oriented HR to support our HR Manager in implementing and maintaining key human resources functions. The HR Generalist will assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth handling of HR-related tasks, compliance with regulations, and support for staff and management. The role requires a proactive individual capable of working closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to building a positive organizational culture. Also this position should have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels. |
Specific Responsibilities - Managing and assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Input employee's personal data into HRIS system then maintain and update HRIS record.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
- Support benefits administration, responding to staff inquiries about benefits and helping with enrollment processes
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new staff and preparing initial paperwork
- Manage employee files, including entry documents, internal agreements, contracts, training agreements.
- Prepare the reimbursement of department expenses, PR and other HR admin tasks as assigned
- Support various HR initiatives and handle other human resources work or projects as assigned by the HR Manager
- Assist with general affairs duties, including purchasing office supplies, managing office equipment, and other related tasks
- Handling general duties to support office administrative matter and support company event activities
- Ad hoc tasks are possible to happen along the way which could be stated as any works as assigned

Experience- Bachelor degree in Human Resource / Administration or relating fields.
- 2-5 years of working experiences in HR & Administration Office Administration or expertise related to HR all functions
- Experience in HR operations is a plus, ideally within new plant set up
- Experience in a multi-national organisation an advantage, especially with expats
- SAP Success Factors, which is an advantage.

- Priority in work assignment.

Languages- Proficiency in Thai, English (fluent in Speaking, reading and writing)
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both local and international stakeholders.
