Requirements for the role:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field
- Fluency in English language
- 3- 6 years of experience in related role
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws if possible
- Flexibility to adapt to new culture and environment
- Carries positive attitude
- Energetic and Learning attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office, expert in adapting to new technologies

- Review and revise HR policies to ensure understanding & implementation across the organization
- Execution of L&D strategy in coordination with corporate HRD
- Plan & execution of HR initiatives and projects
- Support with compliances related to HR
- Maintenance of HR operations and related systems for employee cycle (entry to exit)
- Promote employer branding in linkage to corporate policies
- Supporting CSR initiatives from HR side
