Job Description:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs in Thailand, including health, life, and dental insurance, leave policies, probation, and other entitlements, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description updates, requisition approvals, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, background checks, onboarding, and employment confirmations. Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify department training needs, organize learning programs, and develop strategies to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, oversee annual appraisals, and drive initiatives for employee retention, succession planning, and workforce forecasting.
  • Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies, processes, and workplace regulations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Manage and audit the Workday HR system for data accuracy, maintain reporting structures, and generate HR reports for weekly, monthly, and strategic reviews.
  • Foster a positive work environment, drive employee well-being initiatives, and handle grievance management and workplace conflict resolution effectively.
  • Prepare annual HR and headcount budgets, conduct market benchmarking for compensation reviews, and provide strategic workforce planning recommendations.
  • Lead HR-driven organizational changes, facilitate transitions, and enhance company culture while simplifying HR processes for operational efficiency.
  • Manage communications across departments, approve internal announcements, oversee licensing and permit renewals, and advise senior leadership on HR best practices and strategic initiatives.


Qualification:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Capital
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Organizational Psychology
  • Managerial experience with responsibility for leading teams, including cross-cultural teams
  • Experience in manufacturing, foreign worker management, and HR generalist functions is a significant advantage
  • Regional exposure is an added advantage
