To manage salary and other compensation in according to Company Policies.
To set up and manage all the employee welfares in according to Company Policies.
To manage the labour relation in according to the Company Policies and Thai Labour.
To proceed the annual performance evaluation used for increasing salary and annual.
To set up and manage the training plan in according to training needs of each section.
To set up and manage the Company Rules & Regulation for Working.
To manage all functions of Social Security Fund.
4. To manage all Affairs by these follow ;
To contract the government officer in the related matter with the Company Operations
To manage Visa
5.Other job which is assigned by direct Manager Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Higher major in Human Resource Management or other related field.
At least 10 years of working experience in HR & GA Management from any manufacturing firm.
Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000, ISO/TS 16949: 2000 with strong leadership skills.
Service mind, compromise working style.
Can used Payroll system program.
Well use computer program with proficient in Microsoft Office.
