Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

  • Support both current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

  • Foster a positive working environment to ensure employee satisfaction and well-being.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.

  • Maintain and manage pay plans and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

  • Assess training needs and implement, monitor, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards in all HR processes and practices.

Qualification:

  • Over 5 years of working experience in HR function.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with a focus on building strong relationships.

  • Proven experience with Human Resources metrics and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases for efficient HR management.

  • Capability to architect strategic plans alongside leadership skills for long-term success.

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
