Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other workplace issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Support both current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Foster a positive working environment to ensure employee satisfaction and well-being.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.
Maintain and manage pay plans and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
Assess training needs and implement, monitor, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills.
Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and reporting.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards in all HR processes and practices.
Qualification:
- Over 5 years of working experience in HR function.
People-oriented and results-driven with a focus on building strong relationships.
Proven experience with Human Resources metrics and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases for efficient HR management.
Capability to architect strategic plans alongside leadership skills for long-term success.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
