Human Resources & Organizational Development (HROD) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
  • Help manage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related issues, such as employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure policies are aligned with these principles.
  • Track and report on HR metrics, providing insights to improve HR processes and effectiveness.
  • Help in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with company-wide goals and business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, compliance regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
