Human Resources & Organizational Development (HROD) Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Support talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Help manage the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
- Support compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related issues, such as employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure policies are aligned with these principles.
- Track and report on HR metrics, providing insights to improve HR processes and effectiveness.
- Help in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with company-wide goals and business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR laws, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
