Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
- Enhances the training portfolio by offering specialized courses tailored to managers and employees.
- Develops training manuals and proposals for both employees and managers.
- Plans training sessions, manages the allocated training budget, and monitors training effectiveness.
- Engages with external training vendors to deliver customized training programs and courses.
- Establishes an internal network of trainers and organizes regular Train the Trainer sessions.
- Stays abreast of industry best practices in training and integrates them into the organization.
- Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements enhancements as needed.
- Addresses customer audit requirements in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachler's degree or higher in Human Resource and Organizational
- 2-5 years' work experience as HR generalist in medium to large organization.
- Knowledge of updating HR knowledge and labor law.
- Maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven examples to work independently, plan, organize, and prioritize.
- Background of training function, experience the training session and document are follow audit procedure, IDPS SYSTE (Individual Training Program)
- KPI and evaluate system knowledge.
- Good communication in Chinese or English.
