Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
HR Support:
- Advise and support management on HR-related matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, training, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment laws.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proven recruitment experience and ability to attract top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
