Human Resources Manager (HRBP)
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Thailand consulting leader to contribute to the implementation of the business strategy.
- Supporting, designing, developing, and leading the execution of the unit's people strategy and plans.
- Understanding and localizing people strategy and practices in Thailand, including designing and implementing HR policies in accordance with labor laws.
- Providing HR leadership and coaching to managers on employee relations issues.
- Leading significant HR projects and processes such as succession planning, salary planning, and performance management.
- Partnering with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Ensuring HR metrics are fully reflected in daily people management and meet targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 8+ years of HR general management experience in an MNC, consulting, or BPO industry.
- General knowledge of HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, and HR policies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve talent issues effectively and make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive presentation skills in English.
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization, including senior leaders in various functions.
