Human Resource Manager
Job Overview:
The Human Resource Manager will play a critical hands-on role in shaping our HR strategy and managing the HR function across our manufacturing operations in Thailand. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR management within the industrial manufacturing sector, demonstrating exceptional skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a robust onboarding program for new hires.
  • Manage and enhance performance management systems, facilitating employee development and career progression.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Oversee training and development programs to build workforce capabilities and support succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop effective HR solutions.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Thai & English), with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in Thailand and with our HQ in the US.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and foster a culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
