In Process Quality Lead
Responsibility:

• Review deviations related to IQC.
• Investigation/Review of OOS (Out of Specification).
• Ensure adherence to calibration and preventive maintenance program for all IQC instruments.
• Review periodically IQC documents to ensure compliance as per GDP.
• Resolve customer queries related to IQC by ensuring proper analysis and investigation of the supplied product.
• Conduct routine internal audits for conformance to SOP's/ Rules for keepings systems in place.
• Monitor effective CAPA implementation at shop floor to satisfy customer requirements.
• Provide support in customer and regulatory audits to Plant QA.
• Review and publish routine Trend analysis (IQC reports).
• Ensure validation activities as per protocol.
• Thorough investigation of received customer complaints & recording the same with documentation.
• Material return analysis and submitting report to QA.
• Free sample analysis as per SOP.
• Manpower and IQC activity optimization.
• Internal failure investigation and submitting report to QA.
• Customer specific requirement communication to production and quality team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Prefer background Experience in Automotive.
• And also welcome candidate background from Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Beverage / Food Processing industry set up from continuous industry sector for 6-12 years.
• In process Quality Checking experience, QC Experience.
• Leadership skills.
• English Communicable.
• Willing relocate to Rayong Province (WHA Rayong Industrial Land).

Material Planner
Responsibility:

• Lead / Support new projects in the area of cost saving, process improvement in S2P (source to pay), alternate development, etc. and ensuring its timely and effective implementation.
• Maintaining inventory as per set target norms ensuring continuous & uninterrupted feed to production as per plan.
• Deriving Procurement plan on the basis of forecast/production plans using tools such as SAP MRP.
• Releasing material requisition and collaborate with purchase department for ensuring continuous & uninterrupted feed to production as per plan.
• Constant monitoring of raw materials connectivity as per delivery schedules and inventory levels to ensure production as per schedule.
• Establish and maintains safety stock and inventory (MSL/ROL) appropriate to meet production requirements while maintaining overall inventory within set target.
• Estimate possible stock out scenarios and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Analysis of inventory for identification of excess, obsolete and slow-moving and drive actions with respective stakeholders for liquidation.
• On a case to case basis provide Business Impact Study with robust assessments and cost benefit analysis on the likely impact supporting strategic procurement decisions.
• Engage effectively with Internal and External Customers like demand planners, purchasers, suppliers, auditors & service providers to ensure required Service levels.
• Maintaining and providing relevant data for Audit during Statutory & Internal Audits as per procurement policies.
• Analysis of Forecast and highlight any biases for improvement in forecasting.
• Maintaining and release of Procurement related MIS as per requirement from management from time to time.
• Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues.
• Build relationships with transportation, warehouse supervisors, and co-workers to achieve higher performance.
• Develop and monitor internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and vendor scorecard metrics.
• Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Supply Chain or related fields.
• Prefer background Experience in Manufacturing.

• English Communicable.
