Job Title: International Sales Manager - Skin Care Products

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with existing clients, and identifying new opportunities in global markets, with a focus on the assigned regions. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that targets are met and client satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage International Sales Activities: Lead sales operations and set ambitious sales targets for international markets, with a focus on regions such as Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia (SEA).
  • Sales Operations: Oversee all sales activities including negotiations, contracts, and after-sales support to ensure the smooth operation of international sales channels.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients in the assigned regions. Ensure client satisfaction and manage inquiries and concerns to maximize retention and growth.
  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target new clients in assigned regions. Expand our market presence by acquiring new business and nurturing leads into long-term clients.
  • Market Expansion Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the skincare and cosmetics industry, implementing strategies to capitalize on these insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international or export sales, specifically within the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
  • Regional Expertise: Experience working with clients in Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia is a significant advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with a business-level proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel abroad as needed to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
