Responsibilities:

Experienced & Skill in business requirements and define business processes that aligns to business best practices or global processed.
Works closely with Global organization.
Initiate, scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified improvements.
Works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance of the information systems.
Develops and maintains effective and achievable project plans and reports the status of projects.
Develops test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and tests the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure the appropriate change management is engaged during projects as appropriate to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
Acts as a point of escalation for moderate to difficult problems.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Estimating costs and support build business cases in collaboration with the business sponsors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer, software engineering, or other related.
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in ERP/MES/Business Intelligence
Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP domains & operations (OTC/PTP/WMS/MFG/SCM/CRM etc.) is a must.
Proficient in using ERP system software (AX, Oracle, QAD, etc.) will be a plus.
Solid experiences in supporting mid to large scale ERP & digitalization projects of selected business domains.
Good knowledge of selected Business Process & domains (FIN/MFG/S&D/AM)
Analyze the demands from users and with the ability to provide feasible solutions
Ability to independently configure and deploy new modules or functions in mainstream ERPs and IT application systems (SAP)
Provide the guidance of IT application systems to key users and end users
Knowledge in using database software in ORACLE, SQL SERVER, MY SQL
Proficient in methods and tools of Business Analyst and Business capability management
Good knowledge on system development methodologies by using programming language, such as JAVA/C + +/ABAP etc.,
Basic knowledge of system architecture (application and infrastructure)
Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing
