Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure for multiple locations, ensuring seamless connectivity and standardization.
Manage WAN and VPN solutions to enable secure, reliable communication between domestic and overseas locations.
Coordinate with local teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure at remote and international offices.
Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, and networking equipment at all sites, including overseas.
Develop and enforce global cybersecurity policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and standards.
Deploy and maintain security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection, across all locations.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for all sites.
Respond to and mitigate security incidents affecting any location promptly.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for multi-site and international operations.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies tailored to diverse geographic locations.
Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address site-specific IT needs.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across locations to maintain consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity roles, with multi-site or international support experience preferred.
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Security+, Network+, (CISSP), (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP)
Good command in English
