Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure for multiple locations, ensuring seamless connectivity and standardization.
- Manage WAN and VPN solutions to enable secure, reliable communication between domestic and overseas locations.
- Coordinate with local teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure at remote and international offices.
- Oversee the deployment of hardware, software, and networking equipment at all sites, including overseas.
- Develop and enforce global cybersecurity policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and standards.
- Deploy and maintain security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection, across all locations.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for all sites.
- Respond to and mitigate security incidents affecting any location promptly.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for multi-site and international operations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies tailored to diverse geographic locations.
- Ensure compliance with international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address site-specific IT needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across locations to maintain consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity roles, with multi-site or international support experience preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Security+, Network+, (CISSP), (CCNA) or Professional (CCNP)
- Good command in English
