DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the IT department, overseeing the management of information technology and computer system operations.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for IT infrastructure, system development, and electronic data management, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Foster a professional IT team through targeted recruitment, comprehensive training, continuous coaching, and performance management, ensuring high levels of competence and engagement.
  • Architect and implement systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and system integrity.
  • Guarantee the security of data management, network access protocols, and backup systems, safeguarding company assets.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure IT systems are responsive to user needs and organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and technological issues, devising and executing timely, strategic solutions.
  • Conduct thorough audits of IT systems, evaluating their performance and compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Manage the IT budget judiciously, ensuring cost effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in an IT management role, with a track record of strategic project management and technical problem-solving.

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Proficient in technical management, including an in-depth understanding of computer hardware/software systems, and experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Must have direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with a strong understanding of both Front-End and Back-End Systems, including those developed in-house

  • ​​​​​​​Exceptional ability to lead and develop a team, coupled with a proven capacity to manage complex IT operations efficiently.
