DESCRIPTION:

Lead the IT department, overseeing the management of information technology and computer system operations.
Formulate and execute strategies for IT infrastructure, system development, and electronic data management, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
Foster a professional IT team through targeted recruitment, comprehensive training, continuous coaching, and performance management, ensuring high levels of competence and engagement.
Architect and implement systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, data security, and system integrity.
Guarantee the security of data management, network access protocols, and backup systems, safeguarding company assets.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure IT systems are responsive to user needs and organizational goals.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and technological issues, devising and executing timely, strategic solutions.
Conduct thorough audits of IT systems, evaluating their performance and compliance with established standards and regulations.
Manage the IT budget judiciously, ensuring cost effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in an IT management role, with a track record of strategic project management and technical problem-solving.
Proficient in technical management, including an in-depth understanding of computer hardware/software systems, and experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Must have direct experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with a strong understanding of both Front-End and Back-End Systems, including those developed in-house
Exceptional ability to lead and develop a team, coupled with a proven capacity to manage complex IT operations efficiently.
