IVD Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, focusing on blood gas solutions.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements, procurement processes, and competitive landscapes across various business segments.
- Expand and develop distributor partnerships by understanding their specific needs and goals.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Hospital Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Act as a communication bridge between key customers, business partners, and distribution channels.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
- Support and empower distributors in executing pre-sales and sales activities within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skill.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Extensive experience in selling IVD products to hospitals.
