IVD Sales and Business Development


Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, focusing on blood gas solutions.
  • Identify and analyze customer requirements, procurement processes, and competitive landscapes across various business segments.
  • Expand and develop distributor partnerships by understanding their specific needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Hospital Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Act as a communication bridge between key customers, business partners, and distribution channels.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Support and empower distributors in executing pre-sales and sales activities within the assigned territory.


Requirements:

  • Strong sales skill.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Extensive experience in selling IVD products to hospitals.
