Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance to business units to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Liaise with external legal counsel to manage legal issues, disputes, and litigation cases.
- Draft, review, negotiate contracts, and offer legal advice on diverse contract types.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide guidance to business units.
- Manage and systematize contracts, agreements, and legal documentation using both paper and electronic filing systems.
- Execute assigned tasks promptly and efficiently under the direction of supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in law.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an in-house legal department in Thailand.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with a willingness to tackle challenges.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication in Chinese and English.
- Lawyer license is a plus.
