Job Description

Primary Responsibilities are managing purchasing price and Regional Value Content (RVC/LC)/ Local content.
Responsible for collecting, monitoring, analysing, and studying data related to the requirements of the Regional Value Content
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that local content/LC is achieved company target.
Coordinate with the related department to confirm RVC/LC before arranging shipment.
Find out countermeasures to increase RVC/LC percentage.
Correspond the related Import-Export data.
Maintains and applies regulatory expertise in the Regional Value Content (RVC/LC)
Provide interpretation and regulatory guidance on matters related to RVC/LC qualification.
Reviews, validates and provides submissions and responses to Thailand Custom.
Coordinates compilation of cost estimates for future model sourcing changes; analyses and provides information on past, current, and future model or unit programs to all areas of the company.
Prepares and presents cost analysis and reports to management.
As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, in automobiles, business, or other related subject.
More than 3 years of purchasing cost analysis or work experience for Local content.
Familiar with the automotive industry supplier chain in Thailand.
Certain financial and tax knowledge can do cost analysis.
Good English or above, Speaking Chinese is preferred.
Require a higher level of innovation and teamwork.
Strong communication awareness, proactive.
Familiar with MS Office, familiar with SAP system is preferred.
