Job Responsibility:

Work with executive leadership team to set up maintenance strategy, budget plan and KPIs.
Responsible to manage the Maintenance operation areas to achieve the related target and objective.
Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency usage and maintenance of equipment / machineries related operations area.
Manages the Maintenance budget (CAPEX, OPEX) including monitors and control maintenance budget and cost.
Coordinates extraordinary maintenance activities and improvement in the plant.
Defines maintenance service contracts with collaboration to Sourcing / Procurement team.
Performs audits on compliance with procedures and working process / methods.
Develops working methods, work instruction and SOP.
Ensures safety conditions for equipment, machineries, and maintenance operation.
Lead for continuous improvement (CI) on maintenance practices and operation process.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or master's Degree in Engineering from well-known university.
10 years' experience in Maintenance & Engineering operation from multinational manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with automotive or motorcycle part industry will be a plus.
Good management skill, strong analytical, demonstrated leadership and history of driving change and making a difference, proven experience in driving process improvement.
Technical skills on equipment and machine maintenance.
Autonomous, independent, proactive, leadership, and result oriented.
Ability to lead, motivate and support team member.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
