Position : Maintenance Engineer

Location : Chonburi (or Rayong)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee implementation of Machining maintenance management system.
  • Ensure maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance) and calibrations are carried out with high quality within target and suitable time.
  • Provide maintenance breakdown support for production machines and try as much as possible to reduce machine failure duration.
  • Identify new work as a consequence of breakdown repairs and complete work.
  • Manage and control the inventory management and procurement of spare parts, consumables and tools.
  • Propose improvement or development work, implement once work has been approved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in 3-axis & 5-AIXS Machining Maintenance function with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities
  • Knowledge in CNC, PLC, power drives, hydraulic, pneumatic
  • Well understanding of Machining drawings and principles
  • Good in English
