Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise Maintenance staff: Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and resolving technical issues as needed.
Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Manage the timely repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to avoid production delays.
Budget Management: Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions for repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Inventory Management: Ensure an adequate supply of tools, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance work. Keep accurate inventory records.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Implement and enforce proper safety protocols to protect employees.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the condition of equipment, maintenance activities, and any potential issues to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate maintenance practices and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the reliability of equipment.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services, equipment procurement, and repairs as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
10 years of experiences in a maintenance management role, preferably in Automotive industry.
Proficiency in maintenance management software, strong understanding of machinery, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
