Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Facility Management: Manage facility maintenance, including utilities and safety systems, to uphold a safe and productive work environment.
- Equipment Expertise: Work with a diverse range of machinery, including CNC machines, cutting machines, bending machines, etc.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, coordinating repairs with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies regarding machinery and facility operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Budget Management: Oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient allocation of resources for maintenance activities.
