Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and manage repairs of all production machinery.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule to reduce machinery downtime.
- Supervise team leaders and staff to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Plan and oversee the production or installation of machine parts that require improvement or new installation.
- Monitor and evaluate the annual performance of team leaders and staff.
- Gather data, analyze statistics, and develop preventive plans to avoid potential damages to continuously operating machinery.
- Follow company policies to optimize resource use, reduce waste and pollution, and prevent accidents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as machinery relocation or new installation.
- Prepare purchase requests for equipment needed by the maintenance department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor and be able to act on behalf of the Engineering Manager.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Age 35 and above
- At least 5-10 years of direct experience with textile machinery
- Ability to operate machinery to ensure quality performance
