Responsibilities;
- Provide required information to customer through Phone, Email, Chatbot, Social Media
- Support customer issue/ problem to ensure that the problem will be solved and recognized as per aspect and contribute the customer satisfaction.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- New grads is welcome and customer service experienced is a plus
- Excellent in English for Speaking, Listening and Writing (Level B2 is needed).
- Bahasa Native Speaker
- Working 5 days a week only and 2 shift rotation (9 am - 6 pm , 1 pm - 9 pm)
