Employee Engagement & Learning and Development Manager
Location: Bangkok

Job Purpose:
The EE&LD Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that drive employee engagement, foster continuous learning, and support organizational growth. This role also oversees talent acquisition processes and organizational development initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement (EE):

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Plan and manage engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee surveys.
  • Analyze engagement data, propose solutions, and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to ensure alignment between engagement initiatives and organizational goals.

Learning & Development (LD):

  • Design and implement company-wide learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and support career growth.
  • Partner with managers to assess training needs and develop customized training plans.
  • Oversee leadership development initiatives, onboarding programs, and skills-based training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and measure their impact on performance and business outcomes.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure all learning records are up to date.

Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical roles and proactively source candidates for future organizational needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
  • Develop and implement programs such as succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management systems.
  • Analyze organizational effectiveness and recommend strategies to optimize team structures and processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural initiatives that align with business goals and core values.
  • Facilitate initiatives to enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engagement and training programs with measurable impact.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of change management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
