Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in electronic product production.
- Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, design, and production, to enhance product design and manufacturability.
- Conduct time and motion studies, root cause analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the electronics or related industry.
- Proficiency in process optimization, troubleshooting, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
