Manufacturing Engineer - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Optimize factory layout and workflow to improve space utilization, efficiency, and throughput.
• Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure seamless process integration.
• Provide technical support to production teams, ensuring the correct use and maintenance of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Communicate effectively in English with internal teams to drive improvements and operational changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in jig and fixture design, process improvement, and layout optimization.
• Proven experience in process optimization and applying lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
