Position Description:
Responsible for manufacturing cost budget management, manufacturing cost analysis, inventory analysis, logistics analysis, fixed asset benefit analysis, and information construction
Major Responsibility:
- Responsible for organizing and carrying out the annual budget preparation of the counterpart business department;
- Responsible for organizing, docking, reviewing, decomposing, and issuing annual budget requirements, and monitoring the budget execution process;
- Establishing and continuously improving the budget difference analysis system and monthly reporting mechanism;
- Responsible for the setting and business reflection of manufacturing cost indicators;
- Continuously establishing the benchmarking mechanism and optimal benchmark for manufacturing cost indicators based on best practices;
- Establishing and continuously improving the basic template for manufacturing cost forecasting and analysis;
- Responsible for the benefit analysis of tooling, containers, and civil engineering maintenance and renovation business of the counterpart business department
- Responsible for the difference analysis of manufacturing costs;
- Establishing and improving the inventory analysis indicator system, as well as forecasting analysis and difference analysis;
- Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the logistics analysis indicator system, forecasting analysis, and difference analysis;
- Responsible for the investment, reuse, and disposal benefit analysis of non-product fixed assets after the factory is put into production
Qualification: - Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or above;
- Professional requirements: Financial management, product technology, marketing, procurement, and other related majors, especially outstanding candidates can relax the requirements appropriately;
- Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry, with project management experience preferred;
- Professional skills: Have good writing skills, be proficient in computer operation, and be familiar with Excel\Word\PPT and other office software;
- Language requirements: Have good English reading and writing skills, and those who can speak Chinese are preferred;
