Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and comprehensive plans for the company, including all commercial divisions, maintenance, and subsidiaries as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage the annual and quarterly marketing budgets across all departments.
  • Analyze market trends and data to adjust strategies and budgets accordingly.
  • Drive brand visibility and recognition both locally and internationally.
  • Produce and distribute engaging graphic designs and written content.
  • Support and manage the development of a new website, including integration of electronic systems.
  • Build and enhance the company's social media presence and engagement.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborative projects with premium brands.
  • Develop and execute a PR strategy, cultivating media relationships to maximize earned media opportunities.
  • Create impactful marketing presentations and other graphic materials for key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base, focusing on retention and satisfaction, in collaboration with relevant commercial teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing technologies and advertising trends to ensure effective marketing approaches.
  • Communicate the company's message clearly and effectively, maximizing reach and impact.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and other notifications.
  • Source and manage year-end gifts and other promotional items within the assigned budget and in alignment with company policies.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with experience in a related industry considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and target audiences, especially high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular flair for luxury branding and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics for measuring campaign success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail, especially in the development of premium marketing materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.
