Job Description: Marketing Director - Skin Care & Personal Care Products

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline and online marketing strategies:
    Design and implement holistic marketing plans across both traditional (print, events, etc.) and digital channels (social media, e-commerce, search, etc.), ensuring synergy between all marketing efforts. Align strategies with the overall brand vision, market trends, and company goals to drive sustained growth in the skin care and personal care product sectors.

  • Focus on maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all marketing efforts:
    Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Continuously assess marketing spend and channels to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Implement data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive the highest return on every marketing dollar spent.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product engagement:
    Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns designed to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Oversee creative development, media planning, and campaign execution across multiple platforms, ensuring that messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects the brand's values.

  • Oversee branding initiatives to strengthen the company's identity in the market:
    Shape and protect the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and consumer interactions across all channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to refine brand positioning, elevating the company as a market leader in the skin care and personal care space.

  • Lead product launches, ensuring successful market entry and consumer acceptance:
    Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products, from concept development to execution. Work closely with R&D, sales, and distribution teams to ensure a seamless product introduction. Analyze market demand, conduct competitor analysis, and execute launch strategies that ensure the products resonate with the target audience and meet business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and consumer preferences:
    Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, emerging market trends, and consumer behavior through quantitative and qualitative research. Use these insights to adjust marketing strategies, refine product offerings, and maintain the company's competitive advantage in the skin care and personal care product markets.

  • Analyze consumer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies:
    Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously enhance marketing initiatives. Work closely with data analytics teams to identify consumer behavior patterns, segment audiences, and craft personalized messaging. Use consumer insights to ensure product relevance, maximize customer retention, and boost lifetime value.

  • Expand and optimize marketing channels to increase reach and customer acquisition:
    Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities for growth, including digital platforms, influencer marketing, partnerships, and experiential campaigns. Optimize existing channels for maximum efficiency, ensuring robust reach and cost-effective customer acquisition strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing within the skin care, personal care, or cosmetics industries, with a proven track record of successful product marketing and brand development.
  • Business-level English proficiency, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with global teams, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering key achievements and projects with impactful ROI, including measurable improvements in brand recognition, sales growth, and market share.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with strong leadership skills that foster collaboration and high performance across departments.
  • Consumer and product value-centric mindset, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are focused on delivering value to the customer while aligning with the brand's core values and vision.
