Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across both online and offline channels, encompassing marketing strategy, communication, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Oversee, control, and monitor the execution of marketing activities to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are implemented on time, within budget, and deliver the desired results.


Job Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of modern marketing tools and technologies, including Martech, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and AI Marketing.
  • Proficient in managing customer relationship management (CRM) and brand development strategies.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing marketing operations in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated excellent skills in team management and team development, with the ability to inspire and guide a marketing team.
  • Highly adaptable, with flexibility in work hours and the ability to travel as required.
