Job Description
The Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for planning and executing both online and offline marketing strategies. This includes managing all aspects of marketing communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and brand development. The role will require overseeing the overall marketing operation to ensure that it aligns with the established goals and objectives, as well as continuously evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The individual will also monitor and report on the implementation of marketing activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to the strategic plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across both online and offline channels, encompassing marketing strategy, communication, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Oversee, control, and monitor the execution of marketing activities to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and activities are implemented on time, within budget, and deliver the desired results.
Job Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of modern marketing tools and technologies, including Martech, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and AI Marketing.
- Proficient in managing customer relationship management (CRM) and brand development strategies.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing marketing operations in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrated excellent skills in team management and team development, with the ability to inspire and guide a marketing team.
- Highly adaptable, with flexibility in work hours and the ability to travel as required.
