Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales through both offline and online channels.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, roadshows, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
- Manage online marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Handle marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and campaign results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in both offline and online channels.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
