About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in trade engineering and instrumentation. This role is essential for driving effective cross-departmental communication and facilitating cohesive marketing efforts that align with global strategies while meeting local objectives. This position will manage a range of marketing activities, including events, advertising, and campaigns, as well as coordinate closely with sales and agency teams to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Enhance collaboration with sales managers and agency teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with organization goals.
- Act as the main point of communication between to facilitate alignment and efficiency.
- Provide feedback and strategic input on marketing plans to both local and global teams to meet company objectives.
- Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, establish, and maintain global marketing strategies, tailoring them to meet local market needs.
- Consult with the global marketing team to adapt overarching strategies to the regional market.
- Event Management and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key marketing events, including roadshows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Manage event logistics from venue selection to material creation (booths, brochures, banners) and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
- Analyze event outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements to optimize future events.
- Campaign and Advertising Management:
- Oversee and execute marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in line with global strategies and local needs.
- Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the trade engineering or technical sectors.
- Proven experience in event management, campaign development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong ability to translate technical details into engaging marketing content.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
