Master Planner Manager / Supply chain Manager

Job Description

• A production plan is drafted and distributed weekly to meet customer needs over the short-term horizon.
• A contribution to the tactical analysis of the business activity: critical resource loading rates, responsiveness and flexibility options, planning tactics and internal gateways, molds, etc.
• An update of the stock norms in the production planning systems.
• The supervision of production is ensured to comply with the production commitments and flow control rules.
• The shipping operations of the products of the business operation are organized to guarantee the desired service and delivery times.
• Progress on the "delivery" KPI of the business activity and the foundation delivery.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years experience in Supply Chain, solid in Material / Production Planning with a Manufacturing environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command in English.
