Consult with all departments to improve Operational Excellence and ensure implementation and sustainability.
Identify, initiate, and lead changeover, cycle time, and line balancing projects.
Direct and implement activities for continuous improvement.
Act as a champion and change agent for driving positive culture change and improving operational efficiencies while deploying new techniques and tactics. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
Design of packaging, racks, and material presentation to optimize production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any field of Engineering.
Strong background in Operation Excellent, Continuous Improvement for at least 5 years from 1st tier Automotive parts manufacturer is preferred.
Familiar to work with multi-national environment.
Good command of English.
Good in Microsoft Office, SAP program.
Positive attitude, interpersonal skill.
