BnBCondo is a start-up company that proposes short term rental services to property owners. Services are integrated into a one stop service to both property owners and short term tenants. BnBCondo aims at offering high quality and professional services and at becoming a key player in the short term rental business in Bangkok. 1- General function of the position You will supervise all day to day operations related to customer check in / check out, relation with partners, assistance to guests, staff management and administration. You will organize the staff schedule to meet all deadlines and respond to all requests while creating a functional and sustainable work environment to support the growth of the company. 2- Specific duties a) Company Operations * Control check-in and check-out procedures and perform random property checks, Supervise daily communication with guests * Manage Airbnb listings and princing * Interact with property owners, answer their requests and coordinate any required action * Liaise with cleaning partners and deal with related cleaning duties * Oversee transactions associated with the purchasing of our supplies and services * Make sure that all bills and invoices are collected and paid * Develop relationship with juristic offices to be able to address effectively any issue * Development and formalisation of processes b) HR, Admin and Legal * Manage staff schedule adequately to respond to the operations requirements * Run the office in an organized and structured manner and conduct weekly meetings * Train and assess performances of the staff and produce weekly reports * Assist the Managing Director with HR and legal matters c) Business development * Locate potential business deals by contacting real estate agents and selected property owners Job Description * Launch new units from scratch to full short-term operations * Open business development dialogs with strategic partners * Develop and implement strategies for new services 3- More about the position * Operations Manager will work closely with the Managing Director in a coordinated manner. * Communication will be the key to be successful in the position * Being comfortable using a smartphone is very important: most communication and supervision is done through chat applications, mainly Line, Whatsap and Wechat. * Position requires to move around Bangkok using all means of transportation * This is a start-up company with processes to set up, be prepared to be flexible and adaptable * The position will allow to work partly from home but will also require high commitment * The office is conveniently located in Phrakanong Soi 13, close to by BTS Prakanong * Flexible working hours on a 5 day per week work basis
